BLIST: The Comprehensive Index of Blindness-Related Emailing Lists, . Detailed descriptions of over 175 blindness-related emailing lists, along with clear, specific instructions on how to subscribe to each list. BLIST also contains an extensive listing of accessibility and pan-disability lists, as well as a list of emailing lists which are not blindness-related, but which are frequented by blind members.

Yahoo Groups: Deaf. There are at last count, 700 deaf-related mailing lists on Yahoo.
