COVA LAWYERS TO DEFINITELY STAY CLEAR FROM!

(These are lawyers that I do not feel work in the best interests to help a veteran get their much needed disability)

Due to intimidation from Sean A. Kendall, I was told that if I put his name on this page, he would sue me. This, after I contacted Mr. Kendall via e-mail and he responded that "yet another veteran out for something for nothing". SOMETHING FOR NOTHING? My service connected disability is something for nothing? His name now appears at the top of the following list and I told him that if he wanted to sue me, I would look forward to it. He has since made several threatening calls to my home informing me that he will be contacting my ISP to have this page removed. It appears to me that this lawyer is more interested in his pride and his ego then he is about veterans and their rights to a fair hearing. I contacted my ISP and they assured me this page will not be removed and that it is my constitutional right to free expression as long as it is not slander or illegal. I am sure he will be contacting other COVA approved lawyers about this and the list will continue. It appears self evident that Mr. Kendall has no knowledge of freedom of speech and is more interested in suing disabled veterans rather then help them sue for their much needed disability. Is this TRULY a lawyer we need on our side?
