I am a Viet Nam Veteran who is in DESPERATE need of some
immediate help. I was tortured and abused in a Department of
Veteran's Affairs hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, 15 years ago.
I am now considered disabled due to Post Traumatic Stress
from the torture I had been forced to go through. I have attempted
to find a lawyer over the past 15 years and none are willing to
take on a veteran's fight. My delegated service organization,
Disabled American Veterans, has seriously misrepresented me
over the years (that, according to my COVA lawyer) and the VA
has continued to alter and destroy valuable information within my
records that would allow me my 100% disability.
Senators and Congressmen from the State of Arizona have conspired
with the VA to deny me my voice in this matter and my disability.
The senior senator of Arizona, John "I am a war hero" McCain
has lied about many incidences related to my plight. He has been
very vocal over the fact that it appears that I have been spotted
on his property, threatening his wife and children. Nothing can be
further from the truth. I was almost 400 miles away when this
supposed incident was to have taken place, with numerous witnesses.
There is no police report, no arrest record, no conviction, not even
a 911 call. But still, the "good" Senator continues with the lies.
It appears, his wife, Cindy McCain is the one that claims this has
happened. Cindy McCain is an admitted drug addict who had not
only stolen drugs from her own international relief organization
to support her addiction, but she had gone to many doctors to have
numerous prescriptions filled of a controlled narcotic to keep
her addiction alive and well. Does this sound like a competent
individual, that in an illegal, drug altered state, decides to accuse
a honorably discharged Viet Nam veteran his due right to be
free from this form of defamation of character??
Senator John "I am a war hero" McCain, through his staff, has
phoned my elderly parents and threatened them with their lives
to the point that they needed to sell their home for pennies on the
dollar and flee the country for fear of their lives.
Senator John "I am a war hero" McCain wants to be President of
the United States. Is this a man that should be President or a man
that should be in prison??

Congressman Bob Stump, of Arizona, and the U.S. House of
Representatives Chairman of the House Committee on Veterans
Affairs has repeatedly told people that what has happened to me is
not possible within a Veterans hospital. If this is the case, then a
September 4th, 1998 Arizona Republic article proves otherwise.
The Department of Veterans Affairs has made many calls to my
home at all hours of day and night with phone threats and sexually
explicit remarks. They had been recorded and traced by the phone
company and the Phoenix Police as coming from within a
Dept. of Veteran's Affairs facility
The help I need is that if there is ANYONE out there that does not
believe that Veteran's Day is just a good day to get great sales
at their local K-Mart and is willing to help me get my legal voice
back and help me go public with these atrocities, then please step
forward and quickly. My case has been a continuous open case
and based on that, my statutes of limitations have not already tolled.
I have been to my local FBI numerous times and although they
heard my story, refused to look at the facts and documents that I
am willing to supply. I was told most recently by the FBI that the
civil and human rights crimes that I have been victim to happen
all the time and to just ignore them.
My case is now within COVA (Court of Veteran's Appeals).
Because there is so much fiction and altered and missing
documents in my veteran's folder, I will not have a legitimate chance
to ever be awarded my much needed and long over due disability
pension.
I have many documents, that can put many high level employees of
the Dept. of Veterans Affairs behind bars. The information can also
put most of the Arizona contingent of US Representative in prison
as well, beginning with their ring leader and his minions, John
"I am a war hero" McCain.
PLEASE!!! HELP ME SO I CAN ENSURE THIS NEVER, EVER
HAPPENS TO A U.S. VETERAN OR AN AMERICAN
CITIZEN AGAIN!
I risked my life for this country so you can enjoy the freedoms
denied me. I do not want your money, I want my earned disability
money and justice. All I ask is that you risk your time for freedom
and justice, as I had risked my life for you. Freedom without risk
is freedom not earned!
A once proud veteran
It is the solider not the reporter who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the soldier not the poet who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the soldier not the campus organizer who has given us freedom to demonstrate.
It is the soldier not the lawyer who has given us the right to fair trial.
It is the soldier who salutes the flag, serves under the flag, who's coffin is drapped by the flag, who gives the protestors the right to burn the flag.
