A large Sc-class galaxy on the Cepheus-Cygnus border, probably the next nearest neighbor beyond our local group of galaxies.

Unbelievably steady air. That, combined with the nearness of the galaxy to the celestial pole, was giving me tracking errors typically in the 0.3 arcsecond area.
