Sunrise Ventures' Technology Transfer services include the following:

• Sunrise, through its President and CEO, Phillips V. Bradford, Sc.D. is able to prepare and prosecute applications for patents and trademarks. Dr. Bradford is a Registered Patent Agent (Reg. No. 30,030) entitled to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Sunrise does searches and renders opinions on patentability. Sunrise can also prepare amendments and arrange to have translations of foreign patents prepared for U.S. application.

• Sunrise can negotiate licensing agreements, and manage intellectual property portfolios. Sunrise can identify opportunities where additional patent protection is needed.

• Sunrise can serve as an agent between corporations and academic institutions or federal laboratories for the acquisition of technologies.

• Sunrise can negotiate research contracts and prepare proposals for contracts and grants.
