RATES

Sunrise Ventures offers an alternative to its clients to be paid, in part, for its services with shares of common stock or long-term warrants to purchase client equity either at a negotiated price or at the same price as the equity earns from venture or private placement investors brought to the client by Sunrise Ventures. Terms are negotiable.

For larger companies and privately owned companies with no plans for equity financing, most of the services described on these pages may also be obtained, subject to the availability of our consultant's time to perform them, at the following cash rates:

Notes:

Rates for any services may be negotiated on a contract for services rendered (with milestones) basis at a fixed rate for the services performed.
Costs, such as for travel outside of commuting range, materials and supplies are additional. Costs normally described as office supplies and services, rent and utilities are borne by Sunrise.
Employment rates, part-time or full-time do not include benefits unless required by the employer. Sunrise provides most benefits for its principals and consultants hired for the purposes of performing work.
