The following alphabetical list, including links where applicable, is provided as a guide as to some of the business and activities in which Sunrise Ventures is involved. Sunrise Ventures welcomes inquires and comments regarding the activities listed here. Commitment of capital, "sweat equity", and additional ideas are sought.

Activites:

• Advanced Technology Associates (ATA) of Colorado is a consulting firm formed mainly by Engineers in the aerospace industry. Currently ATA is exploring opportunities in technology associated with non-invasive inspection of cargo containers for contraband. Sunrise Ventures, Inc is assisting ATA in gathering information for the identification of commercial markets for multiple sensor technology integrated systems.

• Corgenix Medical Corporation, founded in 1990 is a Denver, Colorado company involved in the research, development, and manufacture and marketing of medical diagnostic test kits. The company's products are sold to hospitals and medical laboratories through a network of sales representatives and distributors both in the United States and Internationally. Sunrise Ventures, Inc has made an investment in Corgenix Medical Corporation.

• Cypress Systems, Inc. Cypress Systems offers computer-controlled electrochemical measurement systems, cells and electrodes designed to meet the electrochemical needs of chemists, neuroscientists, biologists, and engineers. Sunrise Ventures has a representation agreement with Cypress Systems, Inc.

• Membrane Products Corporation (MemPro). MemPro provides certain specialty membranes for separations needed in a variety of process industries. It also develops engineering specifications and performs research related to new applications for membranes in industry. Sunrise Ventures has made an investment in MemPro.

• Miniature Amusements LLC Miniature Amusements manufactures and markets a unique model roller coaster, an entertaining and educational toy for children age 9 and above. It uses unique, patent pending, plastic parts that can be assembled in creative configurations, similar to model train sets. Sunrise Ventures has made an investment in Miniature Amusements LLC.

• Resonant Shock Compaction, LLC. This company has developed a methodology and specific machinery for forming high quality building materials from various industrial wastes. It has recently been awarded an SBIR (Phase I) grant and it also won a competitive invitation to participate in the October 21-22, 1999 Global Venture Forum, in Osaka, Japan, from which several important business connections have been established.
