Brief Biography:
Pelatiah Adams* (1646-1724) was born in Chelmsford MA, son of Thomas Adams* and Mary Blackmore*(1613-1694/5). Pelatiah is a grandson of Henry Adams* (1583-1646) of Somersetshire, England and Braintree, Mass., and Edith Squire* (1587-1673), the progenitors of the same Adams family that produced Presidents John Adams and John Quincy Adams.
Pelatiah Adams*(1646-1724) is also an ancestor of Vice President Dick Cheney.
