John Bonnell*; b. 1757, in East Orange NJ; d. in Wayne County PA.

Brief Biography:

John Bonnell* (1757-___?), in many sources is described as "John Bonnell; b. 1757", was born in East Orange NJ, and became a soldier in the American Revolution, and for many years received a pension for his valiant service in the battle of Princeton. He later moved west, to Wayne County, PA in 1816 to join his sister Polly Bunnell Day, and and brother-in-law, Stephen Day, who was also his wife's brother.

This John Bonnell, who was born in 1757 in NJ may be compared to another John Bonnell who was also born in the year 1757, and died in 1745 in Erie, PA.
