This Portrait of Horatio Gates Knight appears in the History of the Connecticut Valley in Massachusetts, by Louis H. Everts, published in Philadelphia in 1879. Horatio was the step-uncle who raised Ellen Jane Knight, and entered her into the Williston Seminary where she met James Henry Bradford.
