HE LIKES BANKING HERE. Timothy Green withdrew money from the Northwest Savings branch office inside the Wal-Mart Super Center in South Strabane Township three times in eight days. The thing is he didn't have an account there. Talk about hubris! You have to give the guy style points for robbing the same bank three times in eight days.
