Below is a screen capture showing a couple of things I don't like about the Win32For toolbar implementation. The first is that the tooltip popup window shows up in the taskbar (the one titled One Moment Please!). The second is that when clicking on a toolbar button the button image disappears (like the Save All button in the image below). Then there is the tooltip window color, which is not the standard API tooltip color. Also, the tooltip windows stay open until you move the mouse. The standard API tooltips will hide themselves after a few seconds of no mouse movement.
