The Pacific Rim Fanciers Club was accepted by CFA at the Board Meeting of February 11-12, 1995. It was formed in Victoria, British Columbia, by a young lady named Bev Roney who was a member of the Canadian Air Force.  Bev was a Persian breeder and did a lot showing and winning in Region 2 for a while.  I do not know who her other members were in Victoria.
To the best of my knowledge Bev did not get a show together while she had the club and the most Jean and I have been able to do is sponsor a ring with it at one of the near at hand Washington shows, as we have also  with our own Fraser Valley Allbreed Cat Club.
