Bruins : About

About This Site...

I created this site as a daily resource for a full day's news and information about the Boston Bruins, the Providence Bruins, and (sometimes) other interesting hockey information. I'll post from time to time feature articles down in the features section.

I will update the site at least each morning, and normally after a game assuming that I'm awake. Sometimes you will notice that Globe articles tend to come later in the morning. This is because they post their articles at about 8:30 in the morning. Other sources like CNN/SI and the ProJo post their articles very quickly.

This site makes extensive use of style sheets and PNG and I will use more of that capability in the future, so a stylesheets-enabled browser is optimal. I've found that it looks best in Netscape Navigator 4.04 or better (that means Communicator 4.04, as well). You can also use Microsoft Internet Explorer, but I don't know about its level of PNG support in version 4 (yet).

I created this site with UserLand's excellent Frontier, a deep and incredibly powerful database-oriented environment for website management and creation. So, I'm pleased to display their logo below.

This site was created entirely on a Power Macintosh 8100/80.
