An Australian native, Arthropodium milleflorum follows a mediterranean growth cycle, commencing with autumn rainfall. The leaves are narrow, keeled and gray-green. In spring, hundreds of small, intricately laced blossoms are produced on thin, wiry, branched stems up to 1 meter in height. Arthropodium milleflorum should be gradually dried off after flowering in order to induce late summer dormancy. |
