Michal Januszewski was born on September 29, 1866 in Rolbik, Kreis Konitz, West Prussia (Poland), the son of Jan Januszewski and Wilhelmina Miszewska. On April 30, 1885 he arrived in Baltimore, MD on the "America". He married Franciszka Katarzyna Lica on August 04, 1890 at St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Chicago. Together they had at least six children; Adam, John, Marianna, Adolph, Stephen and Henry. He worked most of his life as a carpenter and cabinet maker. He died on September 09, 1951 in Chicago from a chronic myocardatis. He was buried on September 13, 1951 at Polish National All Saints Cemetery in Park Ridge.
