Lillian Marie Polanek was born on February 05, 1901 in Chicago, the daughter of Ondrej Polanek and Marie Vysa. Before she married, she worked as an assembler at Western Electric Company. She married Henry Arnold Januszewski. Together they had three children; Arnold, Carol and Donna. She died on March 14, 1981 in Chicago from a congestive heart failure. She was cremated on March 17, 1981 and her ashes were intered at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Hillside.
