and A Predictive Guide to CPI Interpretation
, by L.W. McAllister (1986) were very helpful as well.
Also: A number of other sources were read to look into findings on the
effectiveness
of OTHER objective measures for predicting counselor effectiveness.
Most of these
(by far) had to do with the 16 PF. Reviews and articles indicate that
the 16 PF
has failed to be a good predictor of counselor effectiveness.
