Quick Answers to the Lies, Nonsense and 
the Malice

This web page exists in order to respond to the juicier rumors, 
legends, lies, and gross distortions of fact that have developed 
about me. I will say outright that much of the lies and gross 
misrepresentations are directly linked to sick psychologists/psychology 
people.  Included in this group are: Leslie Packer, Dan Rogers, and 
Peter Hood.  Some of these people also actually elicited and solicited 
help from hoodlums to spread and elaborate on lies and libel (all done 
anonymously, by cowards -- UNLIKE this web page).  Malicious web pages on
me (personal FAQs) predate my web pages (EXCEPT my psychology content 
web pages) by over 4 years.  (My content pages, such as my meta-index to 
resources was one of the first and the best meta-indexes out there -- according 
to a U of Iowa psychiatrist.)

Let me take care of some of the small or easier-to-deal with lies first:

* I have never phoned anyone I met on Usenet.  Never.  Not once.

* I have never mail-bombed or in any other way sent any inappropriate 
email (and there is no evidence to the contrary -- it's all just lies).  Even my 
main accuser D.U. (YEARS back; name omitted out of courtesy -- see 
Usenet archive record if you want more detail) was a liar and it was proven 
that she has a history of lying in other circumstances where she 
should not have.  (Still these lies about email were made public again and 
again through the stalking/harassment of Leslie Packer.)  No evidence of 
wrongful or inappropriate email from me has ever been presented by 
anyone, BECAUSE THERE IS NONE.

* I have never "parked down the street" from anyone I ever met on 
Usenet and I have never physically stalked anyone in any way.  Nor  
have I stalked or even harassed anyone in any way (by any reasonable 
definition AND authorities, believe me, agree! -- if they didn't rest assured 
I would be "up a creek w/o a paddle" if you think about it).

* You may hear that I posted some vile things to newsgroups in the period, 
2000 to the present. As I show on a link displaying many of these forgeries: 
All Usenet posts appearing under the name "Brad Jesness" from 2001 to 
the present are forgeries UNLESS they are signed with the digital signature 
you will find at THIS LINK .   I posted only a few times and that was to 
explain that the posts newsgroups were seeing (that looked to be from me) 
were forgeries.  I used the digital signature as I just described. 
There is a link to over 500 forgeries I had to complain about 
to various ISPs.  The most irritating and cruel forgeries were those to a teen 
depression newsgroup.  They were out of open servers and using a mailing 
program I do not have and have never used.  They are obvious forgeries. 
This is some of the "manufactured evidence" my anonymous stalkers use 
to falsely and illegally lie about me to do defamation.

* Now the big one (big in that "it," the claims and charges, that is,  are 
numerous). But, as you will see, the response is very easy.  The reason the 
response is simple is: Though there are many claims that I have been 
contacted by authorities and told to do this or that, OR that I have 
been ordered by authorities not to do this or that OR that I have had to 
retract something OR stop doing something because some authority said so ...
blah, blah, blah, THERE IS JUST NOTHING TO ALL THIS CRAP.  I had only  
one contact from anyone people would consider an authority and it was informal 
and no charges, legal action, or orders or anything were connected to it. 
I have never even been investigated by any authority (unless you count the 
Amer. Psychol. Assoc., which determined I have committed NO ethical 
violation <-- read that again; I am not even guilty of violating a professional 
group's ethical standards!!).

No evidence to the contrary can be produced because there is none.

Because this myth or these myths relating to authorities and orders 
come up so much, I shall describe the one and only informal contact 
AND *ONLY CONTACT* I ever had with any authority in greater detail  
very shortly (3 paragraphs directly below):


Again, there is absolutely NO evidence of any legal action or legal orders
against me. There ARE none. And there is no evidence of any sanctions, 
orders, or admonishments from any licensing or credential agency BECAUSE 
THERE WERE and ARE NONE.  No formal investigations by legal 
authorities have gone on OR are going on.  And, again:

In fact, even the APA failed to find even any ethics violation when I 
was accused in a bogus complaint by the sick Leslie Packer. 
(Unfortunately the ethics case against this original complainant, 
"Dr." Packer, could not be heard because *she* quit this professional 
organization; I, in contrast, was judged and determined to be ethical.)

THERE WAS ONE PHONE CALL FROM A POLICE OFFICER ASKING WHAT THE
HELL WAS WRONG WITH LESLIE E. PACKER ,  sick NY tourette "psychologist".
That conversation was laugh-filled with much laughter on both sides of
the line, some involving what a kook (and hypocrite) Leslie Packer was. 

It is important for me to say that EVEN this single phone 
call that was made (and that was the ONLY contact I had 
with police) likely occurred ONLY because the old officer, who 
Packer got to be somewhat "concerned", DID NOT KNOW 
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EMAIL AND NEWSGROUP 
POSTS!  (Certainly if all of my rather numerous newsgroup posts 
had been email, then this would be a matter for some concern --  
and I had to explain the difference to this old confused policeman, 
who very soon after this, retired!!)  And, it is almost certain that the 
ONLY reason a letter "memorializing" the phone call was produced 
was to content Leslie Packer.  That letter (which represents NO 
investigation AND NO legal order of any kind) reciprocally obtained 
an agreement from Packer for her (i.e. for HER part) NOT to engage 
in any further defamation of me.  Packer's release of "the letter" 
to literally Usenet's WORSE stalking punks shows she has NO 
respect for her word or for this poor old (fooled) police officer. 
Packer, it seems, used and abused a police agency just to generate 
something that "looks bad" against me, acting in bad faith.

 
So basically, what happened was: After six months of harassment by Leslie Packer ,
an officer  finally called me to inquire and get clarifications and to shut the kook, Packer, up. 
It is important to realize that ALL Leslie Packer's complaints had to do with Usenet 
posts!!!  And, all this was 6 years ago (1999), now -- and at that time I had rarely if ever 
posted anonymously.  All my Usenet posts remain part of the archive  record. 
You can decide how bad I was, or more likely, realize how nuts Packer is.  You have 
also now read about how this was preceded by 3+ years of intentional misrepresentation 
and lies and harassment and continuous attempts at defamation based on these lies, etc. 
(You may refer back to the referring page, if you have forgotten.) 
All this notwithstanding, the hypocritical insane  Packer was "relentless" in her efforts 
to get me into one kind of trouble or another (via the APA, authorities and punk hoodlums), 
even though this hypocrite had been far more of a harrasser over a long period of time 
than I had EVER been.  This unbelievable behavior can only be ascribed to her sickness.
I have now been a victim of attempts and stalking/harassment and defamation based on 
lies for over 8 years (the last three years, the dirty work being handled by proxies).

Anyway, eventually the police agency had to say that they would NEVER take 
any action on this matter (the KOOK Packer just didn't know when to quit). THOSE ARE 
THE SAD FACTS about A SICK PERSON (Packer) in a field full of sickos. 
Specifically, these law enforcement people finally had to say:

" ... [the agency] will not pursue any investigation nor will it
[(the agency)] pursue any prosecution relating to your ongoing
dispute ... any claims of criminal activity in relation to this
dispute should be addressed to local law enforcement. ...
[the agency] will take no action to intervene in your ongoing
dispute " (end quote of very high level MN official of that agency)

(Packer was a crank, a kook and a pest -- that is all.)

AGAIN: This was an informal phone call and was the only contact with 
authorities OF ANY KIND. This was NO formal investigation of any kind and I 
verified this by asking VERY EARLY ON if I was being investigated and the agency 
said NO.

That is the full extent of contact with authorities of any type. There is
no evidence of any other actions, warnings or contacts of any sort, since
there were none. The one contact (described in detail above) and no other contacts 
of any sort.  PERIOD.  That is the whole story.  No letters, no reprimands, no more 
phone calls, no other contacts whatsoever from any authorities. In fact, 
people may like to know that only once has any one who complained about 
me in any way ever contacted me.  This speaks more to the cowardice and lack 
of integrity of my critics than anything, in my opinion. 

Again, CONTRARY TO FREQUENT "REPORTS" I was never even officially investigated 
by police and I have known this for YEARS now because that is what they told me as soon as 
I asked them early on (IN FACT, I included the false representation of police contact by 
Packer as part of MY ethics complaint *against her* in 1999 -- BUT recall Packer bailed out of 
the APA before her case could be heard and I'm sure we all wonder why?  LOL).

One more thing:  I have used NO aliases in posting to Usenet.  I have used just approx.
10 well-known, valid email addresses OR have posted anonymously in legitimate standard ways 
(no aliases).  My anon posting occurred only in the last few years and I was forced into it 
due to harassment.  I have devoted a whole page of this web site to PROVING THIS, plus 
that page contains a brief version of the facts and views I have presented that have the 
fraudulent psychotherapy field so upset.  This page also may be used to explore virtually 
all my non-anonymous Usenet posts.  In recent years I have been driven off of Usenet 
and rarely if ever post at all anonymously or otherwise.

If you have seen false and libelous web pages about me 
and you want a full explanation of how they came about, 
you need to read not only the links in the material above 
but my web page on my main abuser, "Taylor Jimenez" AND 
the 4 major links off of that page and the linked pages. In the 
beginning (approx. 1998), "Taylor" was solicited and 
supported in making his personal abuse web page mainly by 
Peter Hood and Leslie Packer, but other unethical psychology 
people followed suit in supporting these activities and in 
encouraging subsequent stalking/harassment.

For a little information on the serious problems I have had 
with forgeries by punks in the last few years CLICK THIS LINK. 
This dispels some of the false claims made against me on the 
personal abuse web sites hosted against me -- where some 
false charges are made based on this manufactured 'evidence.'

I continue to this day to be the only victim of real stalking and 
harassment.  There is much good evidence supporting this 
assertion and no good or reasonable evidence for the false 
assertions being made against me.  In the final analysis, the false 
charges are being made against me for the purpose of defamation 
to try to silence the FACTS and VIEWS I expose on the home 
web page of this site.  Anyone looking into the history knows this.

"makes them" mad enough to promulgate lies and to turn to several 
hoodlum groups to elaborate on the lies, make up more lies, forge, 
threaten, "manufacture" false evidence based on forgeries, ETC.

Regarding the until-recently-anonymous stalker and harasser, "Taylor Jimenez" -- 
a man (actually a thug, punk anon hoodlum) enlisted by psychology people to stalk and 
harass me (AND NOW IDENTIFIED AS JOE JARED OF ORANGE, CA.):
Because of the huge tendency of Joe Jared to continue taking out anon web sites with 
false meta tags (etc.) AND SOME BEARING _my name_, there is now a Brad Jesness 
"Brad Jesness Web Page".  I wish he would stop wrongfully defaming me and stop 
spamming every conceivable type forum on the Internet  -- just to abuse me.  This web
