there is on predicting counseling performance based on objective measures. It uses
a candidate's 20 CPI scale scores in doing the prediction. It should be good for
predicting not only who would be a good peer counselor (for peer counseling programs)
but should also be good at selecting candidates for counseling or clinical psychology
programs OR for giving a counselor/clinician in-training some input on the personality
characheristics they have that may facilitate their interventions and areas where work
is needed.
