ITSELF involved in SPAM! This is
the domain of Richard Tietjens (Rich Tietjens, aka "Morely Dotes", aka
"The Open
Sourceror's Apprentice" -- and several other aliases and variations on
these aliases).
As surprising as it may seem, much of the
stalking/harassment/defamation via lies & SPAM
DESCRIBED BELOW is connected to a supposed anti-spam domain called
www.spamblocked.com. MOREOVER, there are serious illegal activities that
have
links to spamblocked.com . For
a quick look at some of the more egregious

red-text-on-light-yellow paragraph
near the bottom of this web page. That documents how the spamblocked.com
"CEO",
Rich Tietjens, was KICKED OFF a reputable host for gross TOS/AUP violations.)
In fact, spamblocked.com now hosts an abuse domain owned by THE
X-NO-ARCHIVE
STALKER. This abuse domain has been spam-advertised hundreds of times
and is
associated with several types of spam. 5 other hosting services have
kicked this domain
off of their connections to the Internet, but Rich Tietjens, "CEO" of
spamblocked.com
KNOWINGLY hosts this abuse and spam domain. This is really NOT that
surprising,
since Tietjens has been a long-time pal of THE X-NO-ARCHIVE STALKER, aka Just
Joe
Jared. Tietjens also has often referred to himself as "the Master
of the Internet CABAL".
This CABAL is connected with MUCH inappropriate spam and inappropriate
attempts
to control Usenet and Internet content via inappropriate and even illegal
means.
His several other "enterprises" look to be a type of
"moonlighting" (and his poor
quality web pages show the lack of time/knowledge he has to put into

Much of the spam advertising of this domain comes out of posters with lart.com addresses
(a domain owned by the same person who owns www.wilhelp.com)

Poor "Morely Dotes" (Rich Tietjens). He wants to be seen as a
regular "good guy" once more. He is hoping all can ignore the clear
evidence he is a punk and a hypocrite spammer supporter (EVEN as he
has recently offered to support Internet spam again !!! ).
He offered "Taylor" to host his web pages in their "original form"
once again -- THAT would be with stolen headers, falsely advertising
their content to create Internet search engine **SPAM**!!
That's what I read that "Morely" said.
All should remember this
as "Morely Dotes" (Rich Tietjens) continuously tries to sell his
spamblocked.com services. ***AND*** :
I personally suspect "Morely" has posted as an anonymous off-topic
stalker and abusive spammer in support of "Just Taylor" for years.
Who else is "ICEMAN" (similar to other nicknames "Morely" has used !)
and who else is "Client Lartvocate"? groups.google.com shows both
are the absolutely worst off-topic stalkers/harassers and spammers
on Usenet. There is a lot of reason to believe that at least one
or both is "Morely". (Either that, or this good pal of "Taylor" never
supported him in his stalking/harassment/lies and defamation -- NOT
LIKELY.)
Rich violates all his own principles (or rather, he seems to have
none except, "I want your money"). He has lost the trust of any
reasonable people.
As a final note, a disturbing possibility has
come up which is
completely consistent with the above evidence and, in fact, this
possibility is strongly suggested by the above evidence. It seems
quite possible that Sanford Wallace may be connected with SPEWS.
Rich T. is a great fan of SPEWS. While Rich lives near Portland,
Sanford (his good pal and purported anti-spammer) may have a home
in the San Jose/San Francisco area, where the
SPEWS server is. Inconsistent, hypocritical spammers may be in
control of this major listing service which lists spammers!!

"Morely Dotes" aka Rich
Tietjens (Richard Tietjens),
now hosts a site (bj_faq) under
HIS domain, www.spamblocked.com, that falsely accuses a person of criminal behavior,
which is ILLEGAL. This subdomain also STEALS header tags from a CONTENT
web page so HIS ILLEGAL PERSONAL ABUSE PAGE is ** S P A M M E D ** to
Internet search engine users BECAUSE IT FALSELY ADVERTISES ITS CONTENT.
He does this IN ORDER TO DO STALKING HARASSMENT AND FALSE
PERSONAL DEFAMATION. "Morely" is a stalking/harassing lying
malicious
spammer (and he is a thief and commits illegal activity). Here's more
about
how his spamming works:
When people try to find real content, they come up with personal abuse pages he
hosts,
since he steals another person's meta content tags that falsely advertise his
sites. This
thief knowingly and in a stalking/harassing manner gets his false, defamatory
web
pages to come up all with the legitimate results people are using search engines
to
find.
Thus, the CEO of spamblocked.com is himself a spammer as well as a person who
commits illegal acts and is a harassing individual. He is also a malicious thief
and a
liar (of course).
MOREOVER, In the links above it has also been shown he has asked
for email accounts to be canceled for no valid reasons whatsoever.
YET, this is the "CEO" of spamblocked.com that wants you to trust him
to block
spam for you. He is inconsistent and is a hypocrite. Some spam is
not spam to him
and other things that most people would not see as spam are spam to Rich
Tietjens.
IN ADDITION, it appears the total basis of his spam blocking services is
the
application on SPEWS information. SPEWS is increasing showing itself to
be
corrupt, just like Rich. There is evidence SPEWS is run by Sanford
Wallace,
a long time pal of Rich's. No accountability information is available for
SPEWS,
but there IS clear evidence of a possible connection to Sanford Wallace (who
is
also likely a spammer himself to this day! (SEE

These are the
facts and why you should never do business with spamblocked.com. If the CEO
is himself, directly, this untrustworthy THEN he simply cannot be trusted
to be decent or fair in blocking spam. Again, to him some spam is not spam and
some things which are NOT spam are spam as far as he is concerned. His
real
motivations simply seems to be control and censorship and personal power.

It has been shown that Sanford Wallace is a long-time pal of "Morely's" and
is likely the person behind SPEWS, which "Morely" uses to do his spam blocking.
This matter has been previously discussed, but since "Morely" appears
to be a psychopath, who is totally without integrity and is a hypocrite,
he cannot learn. He is powerless and cannot sue, but others could sue him.
spamblocked.com will not be long for this world. With a CEO who behaves like
this the company cannot be around for long. Bye Bye spamblocked.com
The future of SPEWS is also much in question.
Within a week or so of hosting the false and
defamatory abuse site against me on
a domain of his own, Rich Tietjens or his good pal "Taylor Jimenez"
solicited a
group of punks to also host the site. One of these individuals for a time
advertised it
with every post he made to newsgroups (and he posted to a variety of newsgroups).
Again, "the
CABAL" had found a way via mob activity to harass, stalk and defame.
They also
got a few other punks to host "mirrors" of the false and defamatory abuse
site. To

The main point (again), not to be missed is that Rich Tietjens and company

email,
threats and extortion, and other infractions of any decent TOS/AUP. Rich
T.,
himself had to change Internet access providers for HIS servers and his
company JUST TO CONTINUE HOSTING THE PERSONAL ABUSE DOMAIN !

news.admin.net-abuse.email

has raised the question about spamblocked.com
likely being a SCAM.
I fully support the concerns and facts raised by that Usenet post.
Given Rich T.'s hypocritical behavior, he has proven himself so
untrustworthy
that I would not be surprised if he email spammed potential customers
himself
to try to generate business. His other behaviors are like that of a
mobster or
criminal, so one would worry that he would try to sell "protection"
(from HIMSELF)!
In all ways I can observe, Rich T. ('CEO' spamblocked.com) acts in a
fashion
exactly opposite to his supposed principles. Trusting him would be
dangerous.
Rich T. appears to have a full-time job as a help desk techie with Key Knife,
Inc.
His several other "enterprises" look to be a type of

As a final note, I must add that Rich Tietjens's spamblocked.com has yet
more
involvement with spam and encouraging and promoting spam. Not only
do they host a domain (wilhelp.com) that has STOLEN meta tags from
legitimate
sites to create Internet search engine spam, to do defamation, the wilhelp.com
site they host (AND mirror) is associated with spam advertising of the
false,
malicious and defamatory site *AND* with a great
deal of vile off-topic Usenet
spam. Though this spam was/is done by "Taylor Jimenez" (false
name) and
done off-the-record (via being x-no-archive), a SAMPLE
record of the vile spam
to Usenet, and in particular to a sci Usenet group, has been kept.

domain, in fact, shares precisely the same IP as www.spamblocked.com. The
hypocrisy of spamblocked.com cannot be overstated.

I recommend a groups.google.com advanced search. But let me point out
some
of the evidence that has been noted. : NO ONE (not even long-time
friends) "know
where Sanford 'Spammy' Wallace is doing" -- not even Rich Tietjens a good
long-time
pal of Spammy's. Sanford Wallace is nonetheless said over and over by
some
anti-spammers to be a big anti-spammer now, though NO ONE can say where he
is or what he does. The SPEWS philosophy is precisely the last view of
SPAM that
hypocrite Sanford Wallace expressed (a very strict, radical view against
SPAM
hosts). "Taylor Jimenez" (Just Joe Jared)
has clearly indicated he is a pal of
Sanford Wallace. He owns MANY domains (some
that are the same ones "Spammy"

on his own server. One possible explanation for this is that Spammy's server IS
SPEWS!
PLUS, the one (of 2) locations that can be found for a Sanford Wallace that is

OF THE * SPEWS * SERVER. Finally, BOTH "Taylor Jimenez" (by that
alias) &
Sanford Wallace, independently (approx. 6 yr. ago), have been linked to the
CABAL
and this is a group comprised of just a small number of punks, several using
aliases.

more. I submit that if SPEWS is Spammy, SPEWS is corrupt, BECAUSE "Spammy"
is still spamming. In fact there is a lot of evidence he is THE
x-no-archive Usenet
