Purchased a Samsung Finale 8000 reconditioned Laser Printer and it has never worked properly. I contacted the supplier but he was unable to speak english, I sent several email messages to the Customer service department, but never received a response. I tried to phone the 800 number, but could never get through. I finally gave up and now own a $160 door stop.
