Sent me a defective Laptop. Would not replace it. Instead they credited my credit card. It will take 2 months to get the credit. I will not be reimbursed for my Overnight shipping (twice)AVOID !!!!!!!!!! Spent over 300$ calling customer service in America from Germany.. Typical wait..1 hour 340 minutes to get a rep on the phone..
Purchased Sony VAIO MMX Pentium 233 from SonyOutlet in Kenosha, WS.- 1st computor, totalnew experience. Many freeze-ups because Idownloaded so much stuff, I always ran low onmemory. DOZENS of calls to Sony Tech, alwaysanswered promptly, always talked me throughmy caused problems (am senior citizen) andmade suggestions on help for me. No lostdata EVER, no freeze-ups last several months.Certainly will buy Sony again- good people!
