Purchased 2 P200 MMX machines in Feb & May. 98.The Feb machine was recieved DOA. Three more hard drive replacements, and on lateset replacement received DOA again, with CPU heat sink banging around in the cabinet. Seanix refuses to refund money at this point and refuses to replace, even thought there is a five year limited warranty. The best they will do is repair the unit. The May machine has run flawlessly but I do feel the company has let me down by not replacing the Feb. machine.
