I had a problem with my hard drive- fixed it myself.This was due to the way they put the image of software onto the drive.They put more data on the drive than the drive was capable of holding.I bought the computer directly from them and they still cannot find me in their system. (even though I have a serial number)The most recent problem resulted in someone hanging up on me. I was very polite and called back to speak with a supervisor and was told he was on vacation. I left a message with my name and number and have not received a callback yet.That was 4 days ago. I am very unhappy with their support and their phone manners are horrendous. I am telling everyone I know to never buy one of these machines.I am still trying to contact them to get the problem resolved. Trying to speak to a person about a problem is impossible (at least in my experience)In trying to find a way to contact someone there, I found some sites that talked about the problems they had with Sager Midern. I wish I had known this when I bought my machine.I now know how they can keep costs lower- they don't provide any support or customer service. All they need is a sales department.
