Bought a sound card. After several (7) phonecalls to the "tech support" line, which had 6menus just to get past the food processor - showerradios area to computer sound cards. I was on holdanywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours until droppedfrom their automated phone system. You ask yourself "who in the world, would ever stay on hold2 hours?". Answer: A frustrated customer,only wanting a few simple FAQ's answered,about his sound card that DOESN'T WORK!. Iwill never, ever buy anything from REVEALagain.
