Motherboard arrived DOA. Called number on invoice, got recording. Once contacted person, first one VERY rude. Second one sent me to long distant number. Called ABIT, 3:30 PM EST, the person on the phone said call later, we are not open. They then hung up. I called late into the evening and I cannot get anything from these people except for a run around. This is only day three, but any company working to stay in business and keep you as a customer is three days too many. The rma number should have been given the first day that I called. This lack of customer service tells me that the don't care about anything more than making a buck at any cost. Today, well into day three, their web sight is not working? But I am in this to get what I paid for, or my money back.
Web site was a little slow but they had everything I wanted @ great prices. I ordered an MSI motherboard,Ram and cpu. I even got to talked with a sales rep and he was very helpful, these guys know motherboards. I will be back!!
Received a DOA motherboard and am still fighting (along with my CC company) to get exchange or credit. Silence thus far - no response to e-mails - run-around on phone.
