This company has no tech support. I paid an extra premium for the USR 56k modem, but when i got the computer it had a generic 28.8, of course i could not reach anyone to get the correct one, either by phone or by email. I tried contacting them for warranty service and could not reach anyone in the company. The cd-rom stopped working after three months. The monitor went bad in 6 months (i got it repaired by the monitors manufacturer). The version of OEM windows 95 had so many bugs in it , it would not boot after a few months. The gamecard and gamepad were not installed correctly, and never worked properly. Just recently the three year old motherboard stopped working. I've since replaced everything in the tower, myself.

After purchasing, which did arrive a little late, but, since I had bought it during the holiday season, I had been warned might happen; the only experience I had was when I erased my video drivers. I called the HD, and was told they would be happy to send me a disk with the new drivers on it. They did and it arrived quickly. I know this company has a bad rep, but I've never had any problems and have a pretty good opinion of them. It's been about 5 years, and the original Motherboard, HD, sound card and speakers, are all running fine. I have replaced the power supply ( lightning surge) CD, added memory, new modem (upgrade), and a few extras, but the only original piece of equipment that is 'funky' is the 15" Arche' monitor, that's blurry and doesn't have a degaussing button, but that's not unusual.

Sent me a single-speed CD-ROM (instead of a double) Motherboard was different than one I ordered New board they sent was bad Power supply self-destructed

Shipped wrong video board, claimed I couldn't know what was in it. Shipped wrong tape backup, claimed the one they sent didn't exist. Did not install or test the right software (WFW3.11) Tried to let the 30-day MBG expire before calling with the requested RMA for the system. AVOID! 30 min plus tech support wait times.
