Bought very high end computer from them and decided to pay extra for their so-called expertise, and because they would build computer immediately. Upon receipt the modem did not operate and the video card and sound cards were not compatable and did not work at all. Day two the computer crashed. I paid extra to further upgrade components as they stated there was a non-compatibility problem. COmputer went back on RMA- took 24 days to repair. Upon receipt computer still was not operating properly. Devices did not work, etc. A tech came to work on the computer and reinstall parts but could not finish within the 4 hours he was there. The computer agaain crashed, unable to find bios, hard drive, etc. Tech said chip or mobo was defective but that I needed to talk with the owner, Mr. Sam Chu. He told me the problem was software. I sent back again, this time only the OS was placed on computer and drivers for modem, video scsi and sound. Upon receipt nothing worked. Mr. Chu said problem was a software problem!!!!. To date I have not received my money back, computer received by Polywell 17 days ago. I had possession of computer less tahn 30 days, they refuse full refund. Have lied daily about sending check and I am paying for the check to be fed-exed to me! I will actually be filing formal charges of fraud against this company tomorrow. this was written on 2/25/96. The computer was first picked up on 12/11/95.
