Company advertises "free" 2 week trial of their services (PSIinteramp internet access) thru software such as "Internet Vallet". However, durring my 2 'free' weeks, I was unable to access any of my account information and the software failed to perform correctly. Subsiquent attempts to discontinue service resulted in long waits (15 minutes on hold) to a toll number, an $18.00 set-up fee and an unexplained charge of $26.15 on my VISA card. In short, look out for "free" offers from anyone from PSINET.
