I've dealt with OnSale now 3 times. Bought a printer and scanner last Christmas (12/96) had both to put under the tree. Most recently in June bought a tape backup drive. They have great prices and to date I have had no trouble with any of their products. They answer questions promptly and knowledgably. They also keep you posted as to your bididng progress. Just a tip, if you are going to check them out they usually have a bunch of an item and only let small lots of it go at a time to keep the price a little higher. Keep an eye on what you want and do your research then come back and bid at the next auciton.
