I purchased a laptop computer from Nimantics.The day it arrived it was clear that the keyboard did not "fit" my hands well and gaveme problems with my left wrist. I packed thecomputer back up and after many calls was ableto return it. However, it is now 6 monthsafter they received the return and I have notbeen credited with the nearly $4000 purchaseprice. Based on their repeated assurances thatthey will credit my account, followed by nocredit showing up, it appears that the companyis having cash flow problems, to say the least.If you want to have a company around to solveyour computer problems, you probably should consider a different vendor.
