I asked about a product and they said it was not in stock, but it would only three days to get in. On that day I e-mailed them and they said they did not have it yet and gave another estimate. On that day I asked again and they still did not have it. They gave me the third estimate.I cancelled my order because I found it elsewere. However, I think they were good to deal with since they were honest and responded to me promptly. They were quite pleasent when I cancelled my order. I will deal with them again.Joe
