Avoid dealing with this company at all costs!!!! I purchased a motherboard/cpu/ram combo. from them back in October '98. It never worked properly from day one. It was returned three times. The third time I was told that all items would be replaced. I was sent the same cpu, motherboard, and a piece of RAM that appeared as though it had been kicking around on the floor. The motherboard would not power up at all. I finally discovered that the CPU was bad after finding someone else who had the same CPU. The company decided to cut off communication with me. I ended up suing them in small claims court and won, but have no way of collecting because they are in a different state.....Need I say more

MAJOR Problem: Experienced Jun, 0017
Recently I had problems updating my motherboard's BIOS. So I sent the board, cpu, memory, and video card back to MicroTime for testing, as recommended by Tech. Support. MicroTime replaced the parts in a somewhat timely manner and sent them back to me. I was satisfied at this point with the service.However, my video card was never sent back with the rest of the stuff. It has taken me seven different phone calls totaling 11/2 hours worth of waiting on the phone to resolve this issue. Every time I called, I received a different response. My computer has been down for almost two months while this has occurred. In fact, I'm a little premature in stating that this issue has been resolved, since I still haven't received my video card. For the most part, I'm unsatisfied and satisfied at the same time. Mistakes will happen! Just be aware of the potential for this kind of disaster to happen when dealing with companies over the telephone. YOU ARE AT THERE MERCY!
