The Mesh sales department seem at best hopelessly incompetent and at worst shamelessly untruthful. I paid £54 for a Saturday delivery, and Mesh ended up trying to deliver my computer to someone else at my address the following Thursday morning, two days after it was despatched (impressive since I live 1-2 miles from Mesh). Still, five faxes later (the first few of which the sales department appear to have thrown away) and they've finally refunded me in full, instead of charging me for the failed delivery (as they initially threatened to).The problem is, there's only one major (potentially quality) computer supplier left for me to try, so I may end up having to swallow some sales gristle after all. THEY'RE ALL USELESS B******S!

I wish I had found your page before I bought my PC from Mesh 6 months ago - it could have saved me a lot of worry! My PC developed faults 6 weeks ago and the technical support is very unsupportive, passing the buck, even telling me to dismantle the tower unit myself to get to the graphics card. When I refused, they were not pleased but as I pointed out, I like to leave this to the experts - something I am beginning to doubt about Mesh. I am considering taking legal action against them if my problem isn't sorted out soon. They promised me onsite service, now they are refusing. NEVER buy from Mesh, they only give you a headache.

I think my Mesh computer is a well made computer but my experience of their after sales service is awful;late and incomplete delivery of the original order, unanswered telephone calls about software and hardware faults, some very rude and unhelpful staff. When I read all the complaints about Mesh computers on sites such as this, complaints which seem to have gone on since Mesh first started making computers, I am amazed that they are still in business. Its a wonder that one of the TV consumer programmes has not exposed them. One can understand one or two rogue employees who treat customers badly and one or two poor computers being delivered but to have so many customers complain for so many years about woeful aftersales service with this company and nothing seemingly being done about it is amazing. How do they get away with it? I wonder how many customers buy a second computer from Mesh? I certainly wont. I will avoid Mesh at all cost, no matter what the PC magazine reviews say. A product is only as good as its after-sales technical support and Mesh after-sales service, even under warranty, is, in my experience, dismal.

Delivery took ages contrary to their promise. Onsite warrantee not worth the paper it's written on. Been waiting 2 months for a minor fault to be repaired. Mesh are *impossible* to contact by telephone.

Unreliable delivery service, arrived faulty, and it was impossible to get any satisfaction from customer services. Computer was returned and I am now threatening court action to get a refund.
