I ordered software from J&R Computer World. Two weeks later, nothing had been delivered. I called them and was told that the item had been discontinued. Did they ever call or e-mail to tell me this? NO! If they don't have an item in stock, then it should not be listed in their catalog. This is really poor service that cost me two weeks of time. Now I'll have to order from someone else. Avoid those J&R turkeys!!!
