I placed a order on a Dell Inspiron 8000 Notebook computer March 12, 2001 and 1 Month later I called Dell to find out where my order was since they charged me for a laptop and Dell told me the unit was in production holdup because Dell did not have all of the parts.I told Dell to cancel the order since it has been a month and they said they would not cancel it, I called the Credit card Company about Dell charging me for a Product that never was sent to me and I want to stop the order.The Bank stoped the charge from the Dell idiots and I changed my Mastercard account number, now I see why Dell stocks on Wall St. are dropping.I Bought a IBM A21p Laptop and had it on my doorstep in 3 days, IBM is at least answering customer service calls on the third ring when I call them.Dell makes you call and play the button pushing game then you get a 20 Min. wait time.I hope for a corporate takeover of Dell, any Japs. interested?

At the time time I bought my computer the salesman told me I would be able to upgrade to a Pentuim IIII bought a PIII and now they tell me I can't upgrade it.

We ordered 2,500 units from Dell and they treated us very poorly in regards to defective hardware,even worse service, and integrity.We'll never buy from them again!
