Working with this company was a breeze! I ordered a Pentium III comp, with ZIP, CD-RW, etc. (You know, the works), and it got here exactly when they said it would- to the hour. If I had been in Wake County, NC, or Middlesex County, NJ, they would have even sent out someone to install it for me.
