In a nutshell, I ordered a $96 soundcard from Computer Parts USA's website. I never received it. They immediately charged my credit card. The company has no listed phone number. They do not answer email. They do not answer faxes. The website looks very legit and the prices seem great, but my wallet's now $96 lighter and I'm sure that money's gone for good.
