I ordered 2 Zoom 14.4 FAX modems. One shipped immediately. The other was out of stock, but shipped before their estimated date (the second modem was not charged to my credit card until it shipped).

Large order submitted and never shipped. Tried three times to get results. Gave up and called the credit card to resolve billing problem.
