Pros: Their prices are very competitive. They have an extensive on-line shopping service Most of their numbers are toll-free. They respond to queries via email.Cons: I believe they use extremely low-priced retail prices to snag customers usinga service like "KillerApp". Like the previous review says, in my experience they'realways out of stock whether the online site says so or not. Luckily, most of theirother prices are quite decent. Also, their customer service line has some shortcomings. Some of the phonewere really out of it, and the system was consistently being "backed up" or "serviced"at 3pm PST. Strange time to do maintenance work ... I believe they were giving me therunaround about one of their low, low prices.
