I ordered a motherboard and AMD K6-2 processor to update my computer. My only hassle was a delay in shipping of about 3-4 days. I was very pleased with everything. They mounted the CPU on the motherboard with a fan and heatsink, set all of the jumpers to the correct settings, and tested the board for me. This made installation a breeze. Price was very good too. Customer service took about 10 minutes to get through to. I would buy from them again.
Ordered memory and made sure that it was in stock. Was told that it would take no more than 2 days for the ship date. The day of the order was wednesday and was told the the ship date would be friday (more than 2 days). So I asked for saturday delivery and payed for this at $10.00 more. Following monday still no memory and called again. Talked to my original salesman (Karl) and was told that no only that the memory had not shipped that I would still be charged for saturday delivery even though I would be receiving the memory during the working week. I cancelled the order and am wondering when I will receive a cancelled charge on my order.
