Habitue:
I have been awork round the clock on new attachments for the BLAMMO 23. It can now read punch cards, paper tape, and player piano rolls, and convert quickly and cleanly between them.
I continue my efforts through days and nights alike without sleep or meals. Your tales of your travels could not have arrived at a more opportune moment, as Antonia had just then enlisted the aid of Feable the butler to enjoin me to pause in my creative endeavours. Apparently the spirit of Science had overtaken me and I had spent the previous twenty minutes orating loudly and eloquently on the advent of Homo Entertainus, "Audience Man", who would spring forth to rule the Earth from his living room once all homes were equipped with a BLAMMO unit.
Shaking off Feable like an autumn leaf, I concurred that perhaps it was time for a bit of a break, and I tossed your enscribblings into the BLAMMO, which promptly reduced them into their component atoms. Bit of a stickywicket in the loading hopper, that.
Please resend at your earliest connivance. I can hardly wait to hear of your journey as interpreted by my Steinway!
Yours,
Ferdinand von Dirigible
