The previous setup (above) was a Meade 8" LX 200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope utilizing an SBIG ST-4 autoguider. The OM-1 camera body is mounted on a Lumicon Cassegrain Easy Guider. Wide-field camera shots are taken using a 2-axis camera mount situated upon a Losmandy dovetail plate. The entire load is mounted on a Milburn equatorial wedge, chosen for its size, ease of use and stability. This scope is being superseded by an RCOS 12.5" Ritchey-Chretien mounted on a Takahashi NJP-160 mount (see below).
