Probably the most conspicuous remnant of a supernova and one which was observed by the Chinese in 1054.

  • Exposure: 20x7 seconds each (L,R,G,B)
  • Date: 10-28-00


Couldn't find a guide star and ended up doing this one by brute force (many exposures of short duration). It worked surprisingly well.
