Bulk Part Handling The SpanTech Designer System® family of continuous plastic chain curving conveyors is a modular conveyor system, capable of horizontal and vertical bends within one chain design. These systems are widely used in food production, packaging, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing.

SpanTech products can also elevate your product to the next level with our Wedge Elevators, Topper Lifts or Spiral Inclines. We can also merge or separate product lanes with our: High Speed Switch, Laner, or Mini-Link Merge units.

SpanTech Designer System® Conveyors have a clear advantage over competing systems. Durable, quiet, safe, and clean, our systems are easier to maintain and modify, and are readily customized to provide you with exactly the system you need.

Stain resistance and durability are standard features of the entire Designer System ® family of conveyors, due to the use of standard chain links made from white Acetal plastic and USDA approved and BISSC certified.

Service and maintenance is simple because the chain can be easily opened at any point along the conveyor. The open design allows for the natural flow-through of liquids and debris.

SpanTech Chain Types

Incline and curve conveyor MonoSpan ® is the perfect narrow track system, available in a fixed 95.5 mm (3.76") width and has a 51% open design. Its minimum centerline turning radius is 457.2 mm (18") for aluminum framing and 533.4 mm (21") for stainless steel framing.

MultiSpan ® chain has a 42% open design and is the strongest and available chains and cleats, low friction rollers and high friction types are available. Chain widths range from 125.5 mm (4.94") to 1219 mm (48") and beyond, in 30mm (1.18") increments.

MaxiSpan ® has a 75% open design, chain offers excellent product cooling capabilities. It is available in widths ranging from 209.3mm (8.24") to 1219 mm (48") and beyond, in 100 mm (3.94") increments.
