TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delivery: F.O.B. Lilburn, GA Delivery A.O.R., after the purchase order and clarification of technical data.

Terms: 20% Down - 30 Days Net, Subject to credit approval.

Warranty: One (1) year parts and labor. Ecotech's warranty is nontransferable and states that all products manufactured by it will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of (12) months from the date of delivery to such purchaser. Such warranty to remain in effect if and only if such products are used in accrodance with all instructions as to maintenance and operation set forth in manuals and instruction sheets furnished by Ecotech. Performance of maintenance or provision of supported hereunder shall not constitute evidence that equipment or software is defective or fails to comply with any warranty expressed or implied. Ecotech's liability under this warranty is limited to delivering to the pwner F.O.B. Lilburn, GA., equipment or parts determined by Ecotech to be defective, or repairing at it's plant such equipment or parts determined by Ecotech to be defective and returned to Ecotech's plant freight prepaid.

Installation: Customer will provide rigging to desired location within customer's facility and Ecotech Machinery Inc. will set-up and test run.

Training: Ecotech Machinery Inc. will provide training after installation and run-off at customer's site.

International Sales: Travel Expenses will be the customer's responsibility.

Notes: Prices are subject to change without notice. These prices were effective as of May 2005 and do not include any optional accessories.
