The floral motif at the lower left corner of the sampler shows one extra stitch on one of the repeated leaves. The corrected chart is shown below.

Another optional update: #8 Kreinik Fine Braids are indicated in the instructions for this design since the #4 Very Fine Braids were not available in the correct colors at the time of publication. These braids are now available in the #4 size. You may prefer to use these on the Cashel linen.
For those of you who would like to stitch this design for German speaking friends or family, a supplemental chart of the German version of the verse is available on a limited basis. Shopowners should email for more information.
The Double Herringbone Stitch diagram shown on Page 6 of the instructions is off by one fabric thread. The corrected diagram is shown below. No change to the Main Chart is required. The Main Chart spacing is correct as printed.

The French Knots for the Boy's Module of the design should align with those used in the Girl's Module. The Boy's Module Chart shows the knots in the time section one fabric thread off, centered between the threads of the stitch. The chart correction is shown below. The placement of the French Knots in the Girl's Module Chart is correct.

In early versions of this pattern, the symbol for Black floss (8050/Noir/403/310) was incorrect. It should be a large black dot rather than the numeral 2 as shown on the materials list on Page 1 of the instructions. Later copies of the instructions are correct. All charts for the design are correct and show the large black dot wherever the black floss should be used.
On the third row of beads, replace the next to the last Creme de Mint seed bead with a Creme de Mint bugle bead and adjust the spacing accordingly. The last Morse code character on that line should be a "g" (dash, dash, dot) rather than the "d" (dash, dot, dot) shown on the chart. You'll need one more Creme de Mint bugle bead and one less seed bead than shown on the materials list.
Since DMC has discontinued their Flower Thread, you may substitute DMC Brilliant Cutwork Cotton in Size 16 which is a similar weight to Flower Thread. Use one strand of the Cutwork Cotton for cross stitching. Replace Flower Thread #2797 with 797 Cutwork Cotton, and for #2798, use 799 Cutwork Cotton.
If you have difficulty obtaining Brilliant Cutwork Cotton, you may substitute regular DMC floss in matching colors. Use two strands of floss for the cross stitching.
Some stitchers are having difficulty locating the Renaissance Pizzaz fiber indicated for this design. A suitable substitute would be Kreinik blending filament 1223 Passion Plum in #4 Very Fine Braid. Use one strand for the cross stitching.
Kreinik has discontinued the Soie Perlees used in this design. The best substitutes are shades of Elegance Silk Pearl #8 from Rainbow Gallery. Use one strand of E808 Medium Purple instead of the 3335 Soie Perlee and E809 Dark Purple instead of the 3336 shade.
Needle Necessities has discontinued their Spring II Shadowdyed perle cottons. A close substitute is Leah's Overdyed perle cotton #29 Wisteria in size #5.
The ¢ symbol on the Symbol List should refer to the #12 weight of 108 Light Lavender Perle Cotton for the cross stitching in Log 7, not the size #8 as shown. The instructions and chart for Log 7 are correct. Use one strand of the #12 108 Light Lavender Perle Cotton to cross stitch Log 7 where indicated by the ¢ symbol.
The capital F in the verse should be one row taller than shown on the chart, i.e. nine stitches tall instead of eight.
On the original release of the chart instructions, the color name and number listed for the Caron Collection Watercolours used in the design is incorrect. Instead of 63 Black Forest, it should read 83 Pine Forest. The design's chart is correct as released. Newer releases of the instructions have been corrected and shopowners have been shipped the correction pages. If you purchased an early copy of the chart and this correction is not included, please check with the shop where you purchased the design for the updated pages.
