An "HTML Slide Show" by Mark L. Butler WARNING: This slide show includes 20 GIF images, totalling almost 1.5 megabytes, which must all be loaded by your browser before viewing can begin. If you are short of time, short of patience (or both) or do not have a biding interest in touring a "class A" professional teleconference studio or viewing a unique example of advanced HTML coding, then maybe you should exit now and save yourself any extra frustration. This segment will not load properly and cannot be viewed with any Netscape version prior to 3.0 and success with any other browser may be marginal at best. Recommended viewing parameter is 256 colors (or higher) at screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. This is a highly convoluted piece of HTML created to emulate a "slide show" type of visual presentation, without the use of Java applets or fancy external animation "helper" applications. This document makes extensive use of HTML hyperlink anchor targeting and complex table structure, and uses "client pull" to provide the automatic slide change function, when requested. NOTE: This slide show may be successfully viewed using MicroSoft Explorer version 2.0, (at least on an MS-DOS PC), but only if the entire 20 pictures are allowed to load without interruption AND without moving the cursor (or even attempting to read the prologue) until the entire document (including all pictures) is complete. This may require extreme patience. Any attempt to do otherwise will render the screen black and the pictures unviewable. Don't ask me why...ask MicroSoft.
