Thorough mastery of techniques and methods of media/communications technology, with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of instructional and administrative teleconferencing, audio/video operations, broadband communications, service management, and recent concentrated experience in webpage design and development; extensive knowledge and mastery of the technical principles and practices of telecommunications electronics, basic audio, video and radio production, digital audio and electronics concepts; extensive computer interfacing, computer graphics and digital multimedia skills; recent experience with voice mail / fax technology and other forms of computer telephony integration (CTI)

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the Audio Video Services for the District Support Services Center, including technical support of the satellite, broadband and videoconferencing systems; production and post production support for training materials and the developing IP/TV "Video to the Desktop" digital video distribution system; as well as distribution, operation and maintenance of audio visual equipment throughout the DSSC; and the creation and maintenance of several departmental websites.
